Pudina Murg Kebab




Chicken Kebabs - One of the most sort after appetizers for any occasion. The best thing about kebabs is the wide range of variety which they provides when it comes to flavours such as Tandoori, Malai, Achari and the list goes on. Today we will be preparing a kebab with mint flavours. So lets start...

PREPARATION TIME : 20 Mins

INGREDIENTS : 
  1. Chicken (Boneless) : 1/2 kg  
  2. Pudina :   1 cup 
  3. Dhaniya : 1/2 cup 
  4. Salt : To taste 
  5. Lemon Juice : 1 tbs
  6. Garlic Ginger Paste : 1 Tbs
  7. Garam masala : 1/2 tbs 
  8. Hung Curd : 1 n 1/2 Tbs 
  9. Oil : 1 Tbs 
  10. Black Pepper Powder : 2 tsp 
  11. Gram Flour : 1 Tbs 
  METHOD :
  1. Wash the chicken properly and add salt and lemon, keep it aside for 10-15 mins.

  2. Add dhaniya pudina paste , ginger garlkic paste , hung curd , garam masala ,black pepper powder , gram flour.

  3. Marinate it for 30-45 mins ( optional - keep in refrigerator).


  4.  There are two methods to cook the chicken :

    • Brush oil in a non-stick pan and place the chicken pieces in it.  


    • Cook it directly in the barbeque.


  5. After the chicken is cooked ,keep a small bowl inside the pan , heat the coal directly in the fire and place it in a small steel bowl with one spoon of butter and cover the pan with a lead for 2-3 mins. This will give a smokey flavour to the chicken.


  6.  Serve the delicious kebabs with chutney or hot Paratha/Nan.
